Option 1:

Candidate must meet the following criteria:

Secondary diploma (high school diploma, associate's degree or global equivalent).
At least 36 months leading projects
At least 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM certification

Option 2:

Candidate must meet the following criteria:

Four-year degree (bachelor's degree, global equivalent or higher degree)
At least three years of experience leading projects
At least 35 contact hours of formal education unless he or she is an active CAPM holder
